if i make it again, some changes. would like the custard a little more flavor, little less fat. chocolate was awesome. cake was brittle. might actually bake two layers not just one cut in half. probably a different cake altogether.
and tonight, i'm gonna make something delicious involving cheesecake, marshmallow and chocolate.
it's gonna be amazing. i need a kitchen torch now. says i can just use the broiler, but i wanna torch.

That cheese cake was amazing. I'm so happy I got to bring some home, because I forgot about it and then was the happiest person ever in the morning when I saw it! Delicious breakfast. Oh, and I love your reference to "Creeds thoughts". Awesome!
